FRAUD!!!!! Do NOT order from them. I had same issues…waited one month and then they said it was delivered. They supposedly replaced order and again said it was delivered, but it was NOT. Then they offered me 70% refund. I’m sure I’ll never see that either! DO NOT ORDER FROM peprlise.com. It’s FRAUDULENT!!!!!!!

I placed an order and waited for several weeks. The tracker was useless and all of a sudden the tracker said delivered. It wasn't. Customer service said they would send another order. Watched the tracker which stopped tracking at customs. About a week later the tracker said delivered. Again, it wasn't. More emails asking for a refund. They said they would refund 70% because the tracker said delivered. I demanded a full refund which they finally said they would do but it would take 12-15 days. No refund.

Same as what everyone else has said…….. a month after ordering, still not here. Finally it says it’s delivered, but of course it wasn’t. Now I am struggling to get my cash back. I’m so upset I ordered from this company.

I placed an order with peprlise and was able to follow the tracking link. When it said the order had been delivered, I did not receive it. I contacted peprlise and they gave me the option of a refund or they would duplicate the order. I chose the duplicate order. I was not able to use the tracking link of the second order, but kept in touch with them and they would update me on the status. I contacted them on July 14. They said it was delivered July 12. I did not receive it. I let them know July 14. July 15 they have offered me a 70% refund or another re-order. I have asked for the refund. I do not expect to get it. Do not order from peprlise.

Your website is a scam!!! I ordered stuff almost 3 months ago and have NOT received it. Reaching out to your company asking for my stuff or a refund, which is impossible, I have been given the same message over and over again with no actual contact or phone number or name of their "customer care" rep! I am out raged! Even the tracking site they use is fake!! It's called " track768" or something like that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
