I wish I could leave negative stars. This company is a complete scam. They will not allow you to make an account so you have no way to cancel and then will charge an absurd amount ($50). Of course when you ask for a refund they refuse. Extremely sneaky and dishonest scam company.

Signed up for one .95 cent conversion. 2 days later, they charged 44.95 without permission for no product or servixe.

Signed up for free trial in January 2026 and cancelled same day after one-off use costing £0.95. 2 months later, payment of £29.95 taken from bank. Customer service apologized and offered 2 years free membership. When I refused, they would not refund my money but categorically assured me that my subscription was cancelled. After promising to pass my complaint on to another department, I heard nothing and one week later, a further payment 0f £29.95 was taken from my bank. Usual palming-off when further complaint made. Reported scam to my bank who are investigating. AVOID!

This service is a trap and manipulation, I used them one time and paid for short 7 days usage, but they stored my card details and later they charged me again - first time 44.95 EUR then second time 0.99 EUR

I signed up for a free trial with pdfleader and cancelled the subscription on the same day. When the trial period was over they took $80AUD out of my bank account and then sent a confirmation of cancellation after they had the money. bastards.
