I’ve been using OxaPay for a while now for my online business, mostly through their merchant service. It’s been reliable overall, payments go through fast, and I like how simple it is to track everything from the dashboard. I’ve had a few small questions over time, and support always got back to me pretty quickly. Nothing flashy, just a solid service that does what it’s supposed to do.

It was a great platform but not anymore :( It had turned to a scam website that randomly block you and steal your money. Stay away

I used Oxapay for 6 months without issues, but on 12/18/2024, I sent 1.9 BTC ($200,000) to Bybit, and the transaction failed with no TX ID. My account balance went to 0. I contacted their Telegram support (@danielsup), but he only read my messages without replying. Their live chat support (using tawk.help) kept redirecting me to the account manager, who never responded. After testing, I confirmed they banned me, as their live chat disappears for banned users. When I used a VPN and fake details, they replied but ignored my real account questions. This confirms I’ve been scammed by Oxapay.
