Ordered 2 dresses advertised as cotton. When I received they were 100% polyester and too small. Followed their directions for returning, I submitted all info requested which was ridiculous. I have received multiple e-mails from orthorecover telling me to donate the items to someone less fortunate than I, offering a 15% credit if I keep items and finally telling me that my cost to return items would exceed the $98.00 I paid for the dresses. A TOTAL SHAM! I will refer to my credit card company to handle.
