I ordered a hand blown glass pendent lamp for $595 AUD. what came was a plastic lamp with a very visible join. Came from China not Scandinavia. DROP SHOP SITE. Very difficult to deal with. Wanted me to send a video of me unpacking the box ( who does that when they get a parcel) and photos of box and item which I did send. then they said I could return to address in China but I could not get information from them re who would pay the shipping. Then offered a $170 partial refund which I negotiated to $180. Postage would have been at least $100 and I was reluctant to spend anymore on this company as I do not trust them. Money $180 not received as yet.

Drop shop of poor products not as advertised

Ordered a hand blow glass pendant llamp and sent a plastic pendant with a clear join line and no instructions re safety/ installation/ voltage. Paid $590 AU. Worthless as would not hand anything this low quality. Orntli help not useful - offered partial refund if I keep not return. They also asked for a video of unpacking the parcel ( who does that with any parcel) to prove from them. I sent photos of box and poor quality plastic item. AS wrong item sent unsure why I should pay for shipping return. NOT A NORWEGIAN Shop but items shipped drop-shopped from China.
