If I could give a 0, I would. This is the first time I used OnStar. It came with a 3-month free subscription. I had it free on my last EV but never needed it. I was in a fast food parking lot. It took 4 calls to OnStar in 1.5 hours until the tow truck came. They asked me twice where I was. I couldn’t believe it. I thought OnStar could track my location. I was put on hold for 6-10 minutes while they figured it out. I have a 2026 Chevy Equinox EV, so I was warm in the car the whole time. I will not extend the 3-month free subscription.
