Definitely a scam. Will show package delivered, contact customer support and offer to reship. 2nd package not delivered, will not refund money. Reporting to all state attorney and warning others to beware!!

Ordered from a JCP ad and never heard from you. Credit card was charged on May 8 to this address .If I don't hear from you, I will be calling State Attorney.
