I ordered a Cool Cove ... when finally received, unpacked it and didn't work as advertised. Have spent the last couple of months trying to return for a refund and have gotten the run around. If I would give a negative number of stars I would. Don't do business with this company unless you want to throw your money away

This company is a scam , The products are not what they advertised , the A C is nothing but , a heater , and never answered , and never sent the refund . This is a scam , do not buy anything from them .

I shoulda' known. The unit they're selling as an air conditioner - "Cool Cove" wall mounter cooler - is simply a fan with a small heating element - so it at least is an overpriced space heater. Total scam.

They took my money on 7-6 and have evaded me ever since. Never got a call and I never got the Cool Air product. I have turned it over to my bank. At this point I would say they are a scam and stay far away from them unless you want to lose your money. Who knows what else they are up to. Stay clear!!!!!!!

Ordered one of the cooling and heat units 7/2/26.Credit card was charged but I have not seen the product nor been able to contact customer service by phone or internet. Looks and smells like a scam.Order 286148

Company pushes rush buy now with a discount and waits until payment processed to claim overwhelming request and it will be several months before order can be processed. Country is in one heat wave after another and their high tech fans seem like an oasis when in reality they do not supply what they have promised. My interaction with Steve in customer service felt like a con job he was comfortable doing offering more discounts and con artists numbing jumbo. I have found reviews that say quality is adequate but cheap and definitely not some new technology only they have.

I was placing an order for the power nozzle battery operated for my power washing needs. After placing item in basket and yes giving them my credit card number, the site kept shifting me to pages for extras like warranties and multiple units for reduced rates. I couldn't get off of these pages without selecting them to purchase. Since I didn't get any type of order confirmation I decided to exit the site. Checked my credit card purchases the following day and They charged me for a unit $98.98 using the Onninest name and $19.99 using the Onninest Name and $98.98 using "Radical Gadget Hub" as the name of the company. I am speaking to my credit card company to try and reverse these charges. THIS Company Is A total Scam.
