When ordered onliine, no where did it indicate this was a company from China. Online search indicates it's from Wyoming. Product was not as advertised, sizes were too small, material was not as stated. Asked for a refund and was told they sent the size requested. I asked for a total refund and they emailed me an offer to regift the shirts and they would offer a 10% refund. I declined the offer and each contact with them the percent increased 20%. then 30% etc until they got to 60%. I finally asked for an address to return the mdse and it was so complicated plus costly to return I asked for a 70% refund and they never responded. I was persistant and they come back now, 4 times stating because I stopped payment with my bank they have refunded the full amount. I did not stop payment, my credit card paid them June 17 for $78.95 and June 19 for $42.98. I have answered each email and asked them about the misinformation and each time I get the same response. My last email this week was the same response from them. This is definitely a scam outfit but I continue to ask for a refund. The return addresses on the pkgs was from DD Candy in Tustin, CA and the other one was Abby Atkins in Milwaukee, WI. I'm assuming these are bogus addresses. Both pkg had the same info in them with a purchase guaranteed and questions were to be sent to via email to [email protected] and no one responded. I finally found an email on the order form which I kept and that was [email protected]. Not sure what can be done but these people need to be stopped from scaming the public.
