If I could remove the one star I would! This is an absolute scam and I have never ever received a single product from these assholes and i have been charged 3 times for 5 bags of their product! I ordered one. Once. And it never came. I have about 50 emails back & forth with them making excuses for delays and promising it was on the way. Never came. Then a month later on June 26 I got charged double! For 2 units of product that also never came. And I sent emails making it VERY CLEAR I wanted to cancel whatever they signed me up for without my consent. I disputed the charge with my bank and got a new card. Yet, k got charged again just now for 2 more bags! Apparently when I activated my new card, my old card didn't automatically cancel itself & shut off. So that is an issue with my bank. But, yes, this bullshit scam has now cost me about $250 and I have received NOTHING but over the top customer service emails offering a 20% or 30% refund! SHUT THEM DOWN! 100% SCAM!

I bought Nattokinase @£33.96 on 2ndJune. 3weeks later SIX SACHETS (30 in each) arrived. less than a month later I noticed a further payment waiting in my Pending file. Froze my card and notified bank to stop payment. Now trying to get TSB Bank to refund me !! When you order items online make sure that you are NOT also opening a SUBSCRIPTION!!

After 5 weeks of placed order, the gummies arrived. It was a reddish purple color and less than half the size of their blue gummy pictured on their website. They said it has blue methylene in it but when I threw one in the water, it did not turn blue at all. Had to threaten them with Fraud to see any response to a cancellation of their/my ' subscription '. Keep your emails to help you fight them and your way out is to put in writing that you do not authorize them to charge your credit card

This company is an absolute scan. My first order was placed on 5/2. Was supposed to have been received weeks ago, and I still have nothing as of 6/4. Additionally, the overcharged for an additional add on item by 3x. Then, the have the nuts to send me, and charge me for, a followup order that I did not place and refuse to refund my money. I have had to reach out to my bank for help.
