Neuroflowacademy.com Scam Check: Blacklist Warning

I bought "The Complete Claude AI Guide" from a Facebook ad. The sales page advertised a one-time purchase (shown as $9, discounted to $6.30 in an exit pop-up) with a clearly stated "14-day money-back guarantee" and an explicit "no questions asked" refund promise. Nowhere on that page — or at checkout — was any subscription or recurring charge mentioned. Three days later I was charged $49 for a "subscription" I never knowingly agreed to and that appears nowhere in the offer I accepted. My account page even shows "No active subscription," and my activity shows 0 courses and 0 lessons started — I never used anything. When I asked support for a refund, they refused, claiming purchases are "non-refundable once access is opened" — the exact opposite of their own advertised 14-day, no-questions-asked guarantee. When I asked them to show proof that I had consented to recurring billing, they declined. I have screenshots of the sales page, the discount pop-up with the 14-day guarantee, my empty account activity, and the full support exchange. I've filed a card chargeback and reported the merchant. Be very careful: the advertised "one-time guide" comes with an undisclosed recurring charge, and their support will not honor the guarantee shown on their own page.
