Watch out for this company - they are a fraud - I first signed up for a 2.99 trial and then got a 28.99 unwanted charge. I asked for a refund which they communicated they would give but it never came. I froze my card and ever since nearly daily the try and charge me 49.99 and I have asked that they stop and I again got a message that my funds will be refunded which is nonsense as the card is frozen and they are unable to charge me. Also to add in they said they sent me the material I ordered but it never arrived I just got a message that I have not finished setting up my account but the login does not work and I could never finish it. So bottom line this is clearly a fraudulent company/SCAM.

A "pseudo-report" with ultra-basic information sent via email. Two days later, they charged my account $24.99 without my authorization! Their customer service is non-existent: they told me to unsubscribe from an app I never even downloaded and are now ignoring my refund requests. Don’t fall for it—this platform is non-compliant and untrustworthy. Stay away!

I subscribed for a weekly trail for 5 USD and suddenly i was charged 28 USD, I revoked them immediately to not make any more actions from my account, and contacted them multiple times, they avoided any refund email i sent and basically scammed me.

Don't trust this site. I paid $3.00 and then sent an email to their support services to cancel my subscription immediately. Reply from them was to cancel it on the app. I cannot find an app on the Apple Store. Meanwhile they have just taken $44.00 from my account. I've put my card on temporary block while I try to sort things out with them. I'm not even registered with them!

Classic scam site. Offered a cheap trial, and then all of a sudden we were getting charged $35 CAD weekly. We told them about the problem and they said, sorry there was no way they would refund us since we had 'waived the trial'. Trying to warn folks now. So frustrating.
