I ordered 2 products from Novapaw. I received the 1st one and then they sent me something I never ordered. When I called to get a refund, they told me they could only give me 30% back, so I took it and threw the product away that I didn't want or need. I just checked my checking account and they had automatically signed me up for a 59.99 dollar monthly subscription that I never wanted. Horrible. Shady business practices. Totally unprofessional. They should be put out of business immediately.
