I made two purchases on the site in July 2026. Despite being advised against it, I did it anyway. The customer service provided me with the tracking codes for their shipments (from China, obviously with a Chinese courier). After a month of tracking, I was informed that the packages had been delivered to my city, but the corresponding courier in Italy could not be located. I wrote to customer service several times, reporting the issue. They expressed discontent about the incident and eventually offered to resend the same items and refund 20% of what I spent. I declined, opening a dispute, not so much because the amount is small, but due to the lack of seriousness; I am certain that the packages would not have arrived anyway. Being taken advantage of happens only once. I don't think I'll ever buy anything on this site again.
