Warning! – Absolutely Appalling Customer Service Based on my experience, I can only strongly advise against ordering from Alma Pure. I placed my order on August 4, 2026, at 9:28 AM and explicitly requested cancellation later that same day at 5:56 PM. At that point, the matter should have been straightforward. It wasn't. Despite my cancellation request and multiple subsequent attempts to make it clear that I no longer wanted the order, my request was not properly addressed. Instead, the order continued to be processed and was eventually shipped more than a month later. And then it got even worse: The package was ultimately sent to my old address. As a result, I never received the order. I did not receive a collection notice or any other proof that the package was actually handed over to me. Despite all of this, I still have not received a refund. What frustrates me most is not simply that something went wrong with the order. Mistakes can happen. What is completely unacceptable to me is the way the situation was handled afterwards. I repeatedly contacted Alma Pure and clearly explained that I no longer wanted the order. Instead of resolving the issue properly, I was left with the impression that my requests were simply being ignored. Cancellation ignored. More than a month of delay. Package sent to an old address. Order never received. And still no straightforward refund. This is not an acceptable standard of customer service. A company shows its true level of customer service not when everything goes smoothly, but when something goes wrong. In my experience, Alma Pure failed completely at that point. I will definitely not be ordering from this shop again. 1 star only because 0 stars isn't an option.
