Appalling service. Ordered two items almost two weeks ago and still haven't arrived. Order tracker is stuck at "in transit". No consideration at all for customers. I wish I had not been conned and scammed by this company by looking at reviews beforehand that confirmed poor delivery service and poor quality of items. They say they can't refund me because order is in progress. Avoid this company at all costs.

EU based retailer who advertises luxury brands. Goods received are poor quality Chinese replicas, in my experience 2 sizes smaller than I ordered, which takes weeks to arrive from China. Surprisingly they have a responsive customer service system (AI?) that tries to wear you down by offering tiny concessions. eg. We'll send you the pair that you ordered for an additional £8.70 to cover postage, or we'll offer you a 10% partial refund to keep the shoes that I didn't order and don't fit etc etc. Don't expect to get a refund or exchange is wrong product is sent.
