I ordered a product on 8/12/26 and was charged $31.92. On 8/19/26 I received an email that another product was being sent and my account was charged $27.98. I emailed back that I had not received any product yet. I requested my account be closed. I received another email on 8/20 that my account was closed. The next day they tried to hit my account for another $27.98 but my bank stopped it. I have not received any product.
