I ordered 1 push up board with some stretch rope. They had 3 different models, board/ board w rope/ board w rope w counter. 50 /70 /90$ roughly. I recieved an email stating I had purchase 2 different models of board. The one with the rope and the one with the rope and counter. Now, if it was 2 of the same thing I could say maybe i refreshed or something wierd ,but it was 2 different models? I then sent there contact on website 2 different support messages. Then Without any responses, sent their email response they have listed on their website and emails. No response. I sent a total of 3 messages within the hour after pruchase. No response, I waited until monday morning , sent 2 more emails, no response. I have then decided since it was on its way I would just give away teh extra one.... When i recieved their package today It wasnt even the right model. One of them was just the push up board. So on top of sending multiple emails through multiple channels and recieving no response, getting charged for the higher 2 models and getting the cheaper 2 models. Ive had it... Don't purchase from this company.
