Placed order January 10. Still have not received it yet. Multiple times contacted. Excuses given. Tracking is through JCEZ which is another problem. States is at sorting facility. Then back at label being issued. Then in customs. And so on. Finally got through via their AI email and told held up in customs in the USA now. Will check and get back to me via email. 4 days later another email telling me that they were going to reissue my order and send it via different carrier. Sent with the same JCEZ carrier. Back in the same cycle again and now can't get refund email response. Never ending. Now trying to get money refunded through my bank. I have the entire email thread for them. Beware.
