Lunyb.com Scam Check: Blacklist Warning

I had trouble signing up for the app and called customer service and talked with Jessica. She gave me incorrect information and I was unable to get into the app on the phone. I went to the link with the informercial and finally did figure it out myself, Once I had purchased the digital security I found out that it did not cover a multitude of things and there were numerous up sells - Like earasing past data, Blocking AI acccess to scanning photos, stopping scam calls, dark web blocking etc. When I tried to set up the functions that I had purchased it was very confusing and I called back for more help. Jessica kept saying "I hear you. and I understand " but not addressing my concerns " I got it." over and over AND OVER- I gently asked her to refrain and it only increased. After no solutions I asked for a tech person to help me and was told she is it. She refused to allow me to talk to anyone else and eventually said no one is available . When I asked when someone else would be available she would not answer me. except for more of "I hear you. I got it .I understan. I see. " She started to talk over me deliberately every time I talked . It felt like she was the only person that was ever available. Just now I saw that Lunyb is a 5 month old startup. It feels like they have not worked out the kinks in customer serve nor the technical issues or at least training someone to give the needed information.Jessica said she would cancel and refund my money but that I need to fill out forms among other instructions in the email that I would receive. I did want the app to work and spent a significant amount of time trying to make it work. Absolutely frustrating and horrible customer service.

I’m not sure if it’s a real thing or not because my personal experience it’s not free had a hard time signing up call for help it didn’t work for me so I deleted the app I don’t know it trust whenever you lie to me
