Apex and www show the same store. No active phishing, malicious download or deceptive redirect was reproduced in the public pages and selected code reviewed. Three paid orders for bunion tape and a facial-cleansing device have matching delivered tracking in Germany. German company, contact, FAQ, return, shipping, privacy and service pages and selected telemetry code were reviewed. FAQ offers non-expiring store credit after return; Return Policy promises a refund to the original payment method within seven days after approval. Fourteen-day ordinary returns, full pre-production or pre-shipment cancellation refunds, no restocking fee and at most one shipping charge are acknowledged. The FAQ thirty-day faulty-item notice has a different scope and is not itself a contradiction. Public feedback includes deliveries and unresolved description or return complaints, not independently adjudicated. Neither medical effects nor device performance were tested.
