Despite numerous emails a resolve my issue has not been forthcoming and my emails are now going unanswered. My item had not been delivered. I have been given two tracking numbers one of which advises it has been delivered (which it hasn’t) and the other which advises that it was sitting in another part of the country until after I started complaining and suddenly it was updated as delivered dated one month after the other tracking number stated it it had already been delivered! Stay away from this company the customer service is horrendous and i am now out of pocket despite of requesting numerous times for a refund!

Fraud Fraud! Don’t buy from this company. I bought bras from this company they didn’t fit. I contacted this company to give me information to return the item. They told me to see if I could give them to someone else. ( Uh!) I said I would like to return them. They told me to send them pictures of the items with the QR codes and shipping labels and I did. Then they wrote back and said we will give you 3USD for them.(WHAT!) They said I would have to pay for shipping. I asked again for the information to ship it back and to give me my money back. Upon that they said it cost too much to ship to China. So then they offered me 5USD for items that I payed $45 for. (WHAT!) Don’t buy from this company! Fraud! Date of experience: September 23, 2024

I would give zero stars if I could. This website is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered the tanning gel only because it said 100% money back guarantee. The tanning gel was a joke. I couldn’t even get it to “rub” onto my skin but then my skin literally turned orange. I ask for a full refund and they offered me $3 and then $5. I am livid that what they say is not what they do. I’m contacting the better business bureau. They need to be shut down. Enough with the ripping people off. It’s sites like these that make me afraid to order online.
