We took a contract in october. They offered a second sim completely free but then I got my first bill of £172 but the network didn’t work in my area and I informed within 14 days . They laughed and said there is no cooling off period (which I found out there is) After numerous phone calls and emails they just promise you that you will get a cash back to take it back to the contracted price of £30 + vat . THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN .THAY NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS AS THEY CAN THEN DENY WHAT THEY SAID NO EVIDENCE. My second bill was £172 again which I didn’t pay O2 then blocked my number until I paid the bill but I still fortunately had my original number I contacted o2 regarding this and said the problem is kynex as I contracted with them . Kynex still hasn’t responded . Forward 3 months I have now got debt collectors chasing for £5500 for early termination and if I don’t pay this will affect my credit score . I am at a limbo as I haven’t received a service that works so I don’t want to pay .Its all lies STAY CLEAR OF KYNEX AND O2 AS THEY ARE IN CAHOOTS WITH EACH OTHER .THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED
