Klonzy.com Suspicious Shop

I ordered some craft items from them, and the charge is for the wrong amount because I was supposed to receive a discount. Not only that, but a second charge went through at the same time for close to the same amount. I disputed it with the credit card company, and I notified Klonzy. They found my order, and they applied the proper discount. However, they said that there was not a second charge. We had a lot of back-and-forth where I was showing them a screenshot of my credit card statement that showed that there were two charges, along with the credit they had issued. The second charge was out of Hong Kong, but I think the company is in Denmark. My credit card company has told me that the dispute had been settled, and they would issue me a permanent credit. I don’t know what happened, but at least I got my credit for the fraudulent amount. I have been receiving shipping updates from them, but I have not yet received the item. I have no idea after reading this whether it’s going to be quality stuff. To their credit, they did keep communicating with me at the beginning. They seemed like they wanted to resolve the issue, but they couldn’t find the money that they had charged me because there was no order number attached to it. They did stop communicating with me, but that might be because they resolved the issue with the credit card company. I no longer trust them because of this situation. I do wonder if they have an insecure site which allows somebody to piggyback on the order and charge customers . I would not recommend that you order from them.
