On September 19, I reached out to their WhatsApp number to inquire about a used INNO3D Geforce RTX 2080 Ti 11GB GPU. They were extremely responsive at first, claiming to be a trusted destination for quality-tested tech. They assured me the card was fully functional, available in stock, and backed by a 30-day testing warranty with return or exchange options. To process a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, they require a 50% upfront payment, which I unfortunately paid via UPI. Since they were communicating so professionally, I even went ahead and placed a second order for an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and Asrock B450M-Steel Legend motherboard combo (Order number SAM10792) later that same afternoon. Once they had my money, their behavior completely changed. By September 21, they claimed the items were shipped, and the order status on their website was updated to reflect this, but they conveniently failed to provide any courier tracking details. I followed up multiple times over the next few days to get the tracking number to ensure a flawless delivery. Their support gave me a vague excuse that they would "check" and later claimed it would be delivered "after tomorrow," still without providing any proof of shipment. After September 23, they completely stopped responding. I sent multiple messages between September 26 and September 29 asking for updates, expressing my concerns, and begging for a reply. Finally, I gave them a 24-hour ultimatum to either respond properly or issue a full refund, but I have been entirely ghosted. Please do not trust this website and never send them the 50% UPI advance they ask for. They will take your money, update your order to "shipped" to buy time, and then cut off all contact. I am sharing my recent experience to warn this community about a fraudulent online PC components store operating under the name Kashyap Computer. I was recently scammed by them and want to ensure nobody else loses their money.
