JKTCharm is a SCAM!!! I placed an order in Nov 2024. A month later, I received a delivered text. I did not receive the order. I contacted customer service (chat) only. No live customer service reps at this company. They placed the same order a 2nd time at no charge. I received another delivered text a month later. I did not receive the 2nd order either. I contacted customer service and requested a refund. I was told they would refund 70% of my payment. A few days later an unauthorized charge was placed on my credit card. My bank called me to inform. My debit card was immediately canceled. A few days later, I received an email from JKTCharm that said they were having difficulty refunding my money. I contacted JKTCHARM and explained my debit card used to place my order had been canceled due to an unauthorized charge. I was told by JKTCHARM that they can only refund monies to the card used to place the order. I asked if they can send me a paper check for my refund. No response. They have stopped all communications. It's ironic my card was fraudulently used right after I requested a refund. They knew once my debit card used was canceled, they couldn't issue a refund on a canceled debit card. I truly believe this is a part of the scam. They get your card number from your initial order knowing that the merchandise does not exit. Then they pretend they are shipping your order. In my case, I didn't receive the same order twice. Once you request a refund after multiple orders supposeingly shipped, they scam you again by charging your credit card fraudulently without your consent knowing you will cancel the card. Then they will tell you your refund must go back to the card that was used to pay for the order. How clever. I'm 100 percent they are the ones who fraudulently charged my card. They used a different name of course, with no contact number listed on my bank statement. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE. IT'S A SCAM!!!!

Complete rip off company. Order placed Dec 2024 never delivered. Still trying to get refund it's now March 2025

Absolute fraud I luckily only spent $40 got a 10% refund and no products as of yet it's been almost 90 days

I spent $157 and have not received items. It's been over 53 days. Called numbers that were on my charge account that were linked to my orders. All number to four business were no longer in service. Emailed to [email protected] to inquire. Have not received a response. FRAUD and SPAMMERS.

They are frauds do not and repeat DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE
