An awful experience. Ordered a shirt and the delivered size was majorly wrong. I'm a 6', 203lb guy and always wear an XL. I ordered an XL shirt from Jack Hafford and eventually received a shirt labled 3XL. I requested a return/refund by e-mail. In JH reply, I was told to try the item for size. I did - the shirt was so SMALL, I couldn't button it. I wasn't able to fit into their "3XL". Multiple dissatisfying, back and forth e-ms with a final direction that I could return the shirt for refund assessment, "to Turkey"! Do yourself a favor and order nothing from them.

Ordered, never got the product. Reached out by email, they gave me a second tracking number, one didn't work the second after waiting for 5 weeks said it was delivered and it was not. SCAM

Complete scam. Ordered a pair of sunglasses and never got them. They sent fake tracking which said it was delivered to my mailbox and then kept tracking to the other side of the country. USPS does not have this tracking number. The phone number doesnt work and I cant get a refund response.
