Beware!! This company might be a scam. They only sent one of the two shampoos I ordered and paid for. They claim both were delivered. I purchased DevaCurl Delight Lo-poo shampoo and DevaCurl Delight conditioner. Conditioner was sent in one very small box that only had room for one. The packing slip shows both items with a circle drawn through the shampoo. After contacting them re: the issue they claim both were sent and refused to send the shampoo or give a refund. Their recommendation was for me to call the police because my box was probably stolen. That is absurd! We live in a safe dead-end cul-de-sac home and were home the day of delivery. I now also wonder what is actually in the product I received. Bottom line - Don't buy from iShampoos.

Despite repeated attempts to resolve this situation privately and professionally, the company failed to make the payments that were promised to the workers. ⚖️ Not paying workers for completed labor is a serious violation of basic business ethics and may also raise legal concerns under labor laws. ❗ This situation has already caused significant damage and complaints from workers who trusted this company. 🚫 Until all workers are fully paid for their work, we strongly advise other workers, staffing agencies, and partners to avoid doing business with this company. 📢 Transparency is important.
