No zero star option? I worked with Insight Bin Solutions this summer. The salesman was too pushy. I signed up, and they were late for one service and completely forgot the next. They say I still have to pay even though no service was done because "it’s in the contract." I can’t cancel without paying for future services that I doubt will ever happen! I get emails and calls from a different person every time. This branch of Insight is a total SCAM. Beware!
