This website is asking for "hidden" monthly subscription to receive their free products. It's highlighted in a very bright box which ONLY says that you can get 10% off. Under that box is a very small description that you are actually subscribing for monthly charges for whatever "VIP status". Later the charges will be coming as Nymbus LLC (which is not that suspicious since its US banking system) By calling them back and asking why I am having those charges for unreceived products, they try to refund one month (I have 2 years of charges via PayPal). After my disagreement and threat to file a report, they agreed to refund a few more months of charges claiming they cannot go back that far. After escalation of conversation and my attempt to contact the owner, they agreed to refund the rest via other resource. I am positive that so many customers are being charged monthly without knowing it. Please investigate
