After a month of delays, emails and being told it would cost me $30 to return an item that was a poor fitting and did not match the selling picture. I need to move on. Accepted their 30% refund and let them know this was a poor customer experience. They responded by saying they were sorry they did meet the "experience I expected" My response that those loaded 3 words... "When you say "the experience I expected", I don't think it is much to ask for as a customer - ie: 1. More transparency on your return policy and associated costs upfront ($30) 2. A streamlined and prompt return process rather than one that makes it difficult for the customer to return items making one assume your process and recovery offering (% refund) is internally aimed to stall refunds/ stop returns. 3. Receive garments that are as per the pictures displayed. 4. Receiving prompt responses to refund queries instead of an email exchange that has now been going on for weeks. I feel this would be an "expected experience" from any customer. Would not recommend. Will be donating clothing to the Salvo's. Don't fit me.
