As soon as I submitted my CC for a purchase, my Citi Bank flashed a warning and shut my account down. After contacting my card company, the amount charged thru this business did not match the amount advertised. I am now waiting on a replacement for my charge card.

My experience has been awful, horrible and traumatic. I placed my order on 10 March and paid for express post, and I was told it would take 3 to 5 days to be delivered to me. I have not received my order as well as they have made it difficult to track. They also took unauthorised money out of my account and with all the emails and photo proof they still have not refunded me. I only placed one order and they charged me for 3 extra orders. I have all the proof. I will not ever recommend Happyep and I will warn as many people country wide and world wide not to trust them. I have no parcel that arrived and no refund. My money was stolen.
