Delivery very slow. Product low quality.

The product (sandals initially under Nordstrom)was not as advertised. The sandals were hard cardboard and not rubberized as advertised . Plus on the 2 nd wear, the strap broke and when I contacted customer service, only an apology for inconvenience. No return possible
