Ordered a winter jacket. Firstly problem appears when they delivered me a wrong size and I paid for delivery returning ( btw they still didn’t refund me after 3 weeks ). Secondly it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life, to contact with a real person it’s impossible, so just be careful about that. But jacket tuff as well as materials from it.
