So today I paid yet another $170 and it was supposed to go toward everything that I've already paid (which so for has been $230.) altogether I've paid $400. And I haven't received anything. Support has told me that the "warehouse" hasn't approved the discount that we agreed upon, AFTER I sent the funds. I'm not being offered a refund of ONLY ,$170 IF I pay another $190. I've been trying to do business with this company for 2 weeks now. To be told I have to paid for a refund is absolutely outrageous.
