i received my ultra pro hearing aids on march 4, 2025. I immediately found out they wouldn't work for me as I have a severe hand tremor. I att empted to call them with my problem. I have callled dozens of times and they don't answer the phone and will not call you back. Dozen's of e-mails also go unanswered. I then called my credit card company to reverse charges and now I got their attention but still no correspondence. I just want to return the product to them. I need help. i am a 86 year old senior and I can't afford $250 dollar product that I can't use. Help
