Unit did not work. Company refused to honor warranty until I sent a video proving that I followed troubleshooting steps. Warranty said 100% satisfaction. I just want a refund. I should not have to prove that I followed the troubleshooting steps (which I did). I should only have to be dissatisfied for the 100% satisfaction guarantee to be honored.
