Like the other reviewers here, I was scammed by this company's extremely deceptive advertising. THERE IS NO APP, despite the word being in their name. It's a website headquartered in UKRAINE, that you have to login to every time you want to use the product, but to receive your log in, you have to EMAIL them each time, and wait for them to send a NEW LINK! Seriously? How is that helpful to people trying to manage their productivity? There is no place on their website to look up your account information, your subscription terms, or your payment information, and there is no way to cancel unless you email them. However, I have emailed their "support" 4 times over the past several days asking them to send me information about my account and where to find my subscription terms. I received zero response, not even a confirmation of receipt. I sent another email today, and I added that since they don't want to respond, I'd be contacting my financial institution to begin the chargeback process. Well, lo and behold, I got an email back immediately that my "request was received" but no other information. So I guess they only respond to threats. Can't wait to get my money back from these predators.
