The current exact host remains Suspicious Website because it publicly distributes an unsigned Windows tool and openly documents high-risk game-unlocking, hooking, registry, execution-policy bypass, token, and activation functions. The evidence supports a riskware caution, not a claim that the new exact V2 hash is confirmed malware, Trojan, stealer, or phishing. Historical harmful samples are separate objects and were not applied to the current file.

The exact V2 Windows executable remained publicly downloadable. It was a PE32+ GUI file of 7,267,328 bytes with a new SHA-256 and no embedded Authenticode security directory. The previously named tool.exe and RyuuManifestTool.exe paths returned 404, while manifest API endpoints returned 401.
