Oordered 2 heated shawls 3 weeks before Christmas, when it seemed it was a USA based company; still waiting fir the order from ITALY! Deceptive practices=do NOT order from this scum company...

Goods ordered, wrong, higher price charged through PayPal, although this was rectified by the company.

Nothing heard from them since. No update re goods being dispatched and no response to email querying what’s happening.

I’m going to dispute my payment with my credit card company and hopefully get my money back.

Website gives appearance of being genuine but further investigation shows it not to be.

Don’t touch this company with a 20’ barge pole !!!
