I purchased a UTV for $1911. Everything looked legit and they seemed to be engaged. Once the charge was posted to my credit card, the company that charged my was KAZFLOORSERVICES.COM LONDON Once I saw the charge I contacted Fllorez and told them I wanted a refund and that I will begin charge back process. They asked that I not contact credit card company, then all communication stopped. They stopped the online chat and will not answer phone or reply to email. My only hope now is the CC company recognizing this as fraud and refunds my money. I will get nothing out of Fllorez. SCAM 100%, stay away from them.

We bought a lawnmower from them and they said it was delivered. They gave us the wrong tracking number and I've tried to contact them. They lied about the whole process.

We ordered a lawnmower and have been unable to find a shipping date. Responses to emails are obviously computer generated. Looks like we must begin an investigation and request a refund.
