Anyone have the number or correct email for this place. Still have not received my knee straps. Paid $44, then it took another $88. Do not trust them. How can we stop these people.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Ordered the product for a special at $39.96 and then charged additional $199.96. Contacted through email the so called “customer service” and was told I would receive a refund in 2-3 business days. A month later no product and no refund! These are some sad people to take advantage of others. I’m soo upset I was screwed over like this!

Do not order from this company!! I had the exact same experience as those listed above. I ordered the Patellar supports for $29.99 and was charged $49.99 and $149.99 afterward for a gym membership. I sent an email and was told I would receive a full refund within 5-7 days. My credit card company is currently disputing these charges. I have since tried to reach FLex Wrap Co., but their website is unavailable.

Do not order from this place, I agree it is a scam! I ordered a pair of knee support wraps and within a week had two additional credit card charges placed for $49.99 and $149.99! I sent an email to the company, since there is no phone number or website to contact them at and received no reply. These charges are being disputed & reviewed by my credit card company.

DO NOT ORDER. They stuck me with an extra fee 2 weeks later of $49.99 and then two more days later for $149.99. Zero response to my inquiries about the additional charges.

Scam. If you purchased from Flexwrap be sure to contact your bank immediately. The scam is that you purchase an inexpensive knee strap then get automatically subscribed to an expensive 'Flexfitness club'. It's bogus and does not exist. There is a bot to answer their email only.

Ordered a $10 product and was "automatically enrolled" in a membership program and charged $200 within 48 hours. There is no phone number to contact them. The only way to cancel in through an email. I have started a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Not a place to order, they stick you with a freaking online gym membership, and charge you $49.99 and will do so for 4 months. I didn't sign up for that, but by checking promotion box, that must of did. But you cannot proceed with order until you check that box. I am not happy with this company. I ordered a knee strap for $9.99 and got charged 49.99. Nope do not recommend!!!
