I ordered two sets of protective trim for Toyota from fjump.shop. I received one set with a Mercedes-Benz logo and one set with a SEAT logo instead of the products I ordered. I paid 199 PLN cash on delivery. I contacted the seller immediately and provided my order number and photos of the incorrect products. The seller replied several times that my case had been forwarded to the relevant department and was being processed. However, despite numerous messages and almost two months having passed, I still have not received the correct products, a refund, or a concrete solution. Communication is very slow and the issue remains unresolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.
