A scam site. "Free" software works very well, but then asks you to pay to download the document. Some people apparently also asked to write positive reviews. You make the payment, the sum being small. The small sum was not charged, but was instead upgraded to a "monthly", renewing account no-one knowingly signed up for. No emails or warnings of "renewal" to a subscription one hadn't taken out in the first place. Complaints result in "lifetime free subscription" to a company which has taken more of your money than you could spend on its services. Will be raising with bank. Avoid.

Tried a $3 limited access 3-day subscription because I needed ONE document edited, I paid for that and the site didn't even do what I needed. I wrote off the $3 as a small loss, thought it was over and 3 days later I was charged $50. It was NOT CLEAR AT ALL that I would be charged this absurd amount for another month of a product that doesn't work or I would have canceled immediately. When I reached out to support they were not helpful in any way. They said they made my membership a year-long subscription at no extra charge but THAT IS NOT HELPFUL, THIS SITE/PROGRAM DOES NOT WORK AND I AM A SINGLE MOM WHO NEEDS THAT MONEY FOR MY CHILD AND I NEED A REFUND TO MAKE THIS RIGHT.

⚠️ SCAM WARNING ⚠️ I was charged $49.85 by this company without my authorisation I do NOT have any subscription with them, and nothing appears in my account — yet they still took money from my card. After researching, I found many people reporting the same unauthorised charges. Card cancelled, bank dispute opened, and reports sent to authorities. Stay away from this website

Very Dodgy Site, They asked for $1 to convert my pdf which worked fine as I paid with my Google wallet, but then i was automatically charged a subscription free of $75 under the name sgt*FileEditCom on my statement. It seems they store the Card detail and charge you subscription fee, They never sent any email regarding this subscription.

They are fraudsters. I needed to convert one file while changing PCs, and I was in a rush. Unfortunately, I came across files-editor.com. They converted the file alright, for which I paid 1.5 Euro and thought that was it. It turns out they scammed me into enrolling onto annual subscription, which will later cost me 50 Euro. Please help disabling them to scam others.
