🚨 **WARNING: CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE!** 🚨

I need to share my frustrating experience with EZRAPER Trading Co. Ltd. E-MAIL: [email protected] Address: Suite 8B, 15/F, Artisan Plaza, 88 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong Island, HK, because no one should go through what I did.

I ordered Matte Green Customized Two-colour Cherry Blossom Tree, and although the tracking system marked it as "Delivered," I NEVER received my package. When I contacted customer support, they told me to get a "lost package certificate" from my local post office, but my post office doesn’t issue such a certificate and cannot even track the package because the tracking number provided is invalid in the U.S.

After going back and forth with customer service, their only solution was to offer me a simple 10% refund even though I paid in full and received NOTHING. I requested a proper resolution, either a full refund or a replacement, but they refused to take responsibility for their mistake.

This is completely unacceptable, and I want to warn others about the lack of accountability and poor customer service at EZRAPER Trading Co. Ltd. If you’re considering shopping there, beware of potential lost packages and unhelpful responses!

I experienced two lost packages from them. The first time I ordered I thought it was too good to be true with all these beautiful plants and the price. The packages were never delivered, and it said deliver. It takes a lot of back and forth to get a refund. I thought maybe it was an error by the driver. I had ordered a few more plants, and today it said deliver. I never received anything. I took the day off to wait and see if this was an error prior, but it seems to me it was another scam. Yet SHANG FANG needs to be contacted, and 17track. None seems helpful. crazy.

I placed an order from this company in February 2025. Every two weeks I would email them for a update on my order. They would email me back telling me my order is in transit, when I checked the tracking number it was NOT found, I emailed them back telling them it was not found they would email again to say it will be delivered soon. This is May and still no order received. It was only $54,00 but its the principal behind this scam that would make it hard for legitimate companies to do business online.

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO" I ordered a artificial plant on Feb 5, 2025 never received the order I emailed them a couple of times first it was in transit then it was deliver the tracking number is not recognized by USP -UPS or Fedex let me think this is a legit scam.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. They never delivered my package, but kept insisting they had and demanded a lost note. I was forced to waste my time running around to the post office and FedEx, only to be told repeatedly that there were no pictures or proof of delivery. The most insulting part? They offered me a measly 10% refund or nothing at all. This level of service is simply unacceptable. Avoid this store at all costs if you value your time and money. I lost $70...

I ordered to fake plants, one with cream and flowing white Orchids. The second being the xtra large gray bowl with succulent plants for kitchen island. I ordered both in January 2025 and have yet to receive either plants. I emailed customer service and requested my money back and was told it was in route. Never received. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. IT IS ALL A SCAM.

I wish I would have seen this site before I placed an order with them. I too got scammed by them. I placed my order in December 2024 and never received it. They sent me a fraudulent Postal Tracking number, lied in several emails about the order. It is now February and they wanted to offer me 25% of what I bought. It’s a shame that trifling people steal and take from others. We need to continue to spread the word about these terrible people and their thieving practices.
