As a user, I have documented a consistent pattern of deception: 1-Contract Liquidation: Several weeks ago, I initiated the sale/liquidation of my mining contracts. This process was completed, and my account balance was settled. 2-The Origin of the Dispute: Following the liquidation, the platform’s management issued an Official Excel Report confirming my total rightful assets as $1,696.80. This figure is final and independent of any ongoing electricity or maintenance fees, as the contracts are liquidated. 3-The Deception (Asset Shaving): Despite their own written admission of the $1,696.80 debt, the platform is now attempting to "shave" my balance. In recent communications, their support claimed I only have $208 remaining—a blatant attempt to embezzle over $1,480 of my confirmed funds, effectively ignoring the liquidation settlement. 4-The Withdrawal Breach: I initiated a withdrawal for the partial amount of $1,357.30 on Friday, March 20th. It has been over 72 hours and the platform refuses to provide a valid Transaction ID (TXID), stalling with vague "financial department" excuses. 5-Bad Faith Communication: Support has been inconsistent, ignoring legal notices and providing contradictory information to avoid settling the full amount admitted in their own financial records. Evidence Included: The Admission: The Excel report from ECOS confirming the $1,696.80 total post-liquidation. The Conflict: Screenshots of support claiming only $208 is available. The Delay: Proof of the withdrawal request from Friday still marked as "Pending." Conclusion: I request that ECOS.am be investigated for financial misconduct, asset shaving, and breach of user agreements. I will continue to escalate this to all relevant international authorities and cybersecurity platforms until the full $1,696.80 is recovered
