Ecomsolutionhub.com Scam Check: Low Trust

My experience with Ecom Solution Hub has been extremely disappointing and felt completely deceptive. At first, communication was excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and made it sound like they would build and manage a successful Amazon business for me. Once they received my money, everything changed. I paid Ecom Solution Hub $1,149 for their service/onboarding package. I was then instructed by Ecom Solution Hub to send another $2,000.96 by ACH to Partz Unlimited LLC for inventory. After the payments were made, communication became much worse. I constantly had to chase them for updates, performance was poor, and I had ongoing problems with fulfillment and management. Eventually I requested a refund. On October 5, 2026, my account manager Jacob Smith confirmed IN WRITING that Ecom Solution Hub would refund me $2,505 and stated that the refund would be processed no later than October 23, 2026. They later asked me for my bank name and account title so the refund could be sent. I provided the information. October 23 passed with no refund. I repeatedly emailed and texted asking for an update and received no response. As of November 5, 2026, I still have not received the $2,505 they agreed in writing to refund. The communication was great while they were getting my money. Once I wanted my money back, they essentially disappeared. I have retained the contract, invoices, payment records, emails, text messages, and written refund promise. I have also filed complaints with the Washington Attorney General, Texas Attorney General, and FTC. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from Ecom Solution Hub.
