Dear Gridinsoft team, I am writing regarding your classification of the domain dil-93.hr as a “suspicious shop”. This classification is factually incorrect. Dil-93.hr is not a webshop. The website does not have a checkout process, does not accept online payments, does not sell physical products, and does not ship any goods. Therefore, claims such as “no shipment”, “wrong item”, “counterfeit product”, or “damaged/used goods” are not applicable to this domain. Dil-93.hr is the official website of DIL-93 d.o.o., a Croatian software company that develops and maintains business software for wholesale, retail, accounting, payroll, and fiscalization. The website is used to present our software solutions, provide information to existing and potential customers, and offer customer support.
