I ordered a specific pair of smart glasses with camera capabilities; I was sent a pair of audio sunglasses - pretty much the complete opposite of what I ordered. When I brought this the the company's attention, their response was that they randomly select which items to send. This was in no way communicated to me prior to making the purchase; and of course, sending them back would fall on me as far as shipping is concerned. I will be gifting these sunglasses to my daughter and will purchase the item I want from Amazon - a far more reputable company than this scam shack!

They advertised a truck (big rig) coffee mug that is very much unique but when it arrived, it was poorly packaged, arrived damage & the mug arrived with broken pieces. The paint job was horrible (all over the place), looked like a 1st grader had painted it, worse of all, the chemical smell!!!! There’s no way that mug wasn’t toxic & safe for consumption!!! What arrived looked nothing like what was advertised & getting them to reimburse has now become a nightmare!!! I paid almost $40, they originally offered to only refund $4 (no joke) lol!!! Now they offered ($12) and refuse to cover shipping. This place is a total scam!!!

I ordered 3 truck coffee mugs by mistake. I tried to cancel the order, but they said I’d get $11 off if I kept it. It’s been 18 days, no refund yet. When the mugs arrived, they looked nothing like the website. Totally bull shit. I wish I could show you the pictures.

Sorry but it's been over five weeks since I've ordered and it was for Christmas so I don't want it because it took you too long. I've informed my credit card company to reverse charges because i have cancelled the order due to non-receipt. You can keep the product. I don't want it.

Sorry but not acceptable. You have failed. You can deal with the credit card company from now on. I have also reported to various rating agencies your failure to perform, and judging by the other ratings, I am not alone. I will not do business with you again since you blame your customers for your poor customer service. Your tracking shows it came from China, which was never mentioned at time of shipment, otherwise I could have avoided this knowing it would take too long.
