Review from the Netherlands. Crafwindsum is absolutely a scam. When searching online for a manual for a device, I had to pay €0.01. It turns out to be a page that Crafwindsum overlays so that you pay them and they steal your data. Three days later, an amount of €49.99 is debited and you are locked into a monthly subscription. When contacting them, they refuse a refund, although they do cancel your (not terminated) contract. This is pure fraud. The fraud desk has been involved. Crafwindsum is pure scam. They have hacked the page of another company, and so they get your personal information.

Crafwindsum is a total scam. It sent an email about Shoppers Drug Mart survey and provided a free blood pressure monitor as the reward for taking the time to answering the servey. At the end of the survey, it requested charge card info for shipping charge of $5 CAD for shipping the free blood pressure monitor. After that, an invoice was sent stating charge of $5 CAD for subscription to this company CV Services. The invoice stated nothing about the free blood pressure monitor. Also, I want to emphasize, throughout the survey, there was not a single sentence mentioning this subscription. The invoice also states every 14 days Crafwindsum will charge $74 CAD for this services. Conclusion: Crafwindsum is A TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY PERIOD.
